My spiritual journey has taken me into many disciplines and paths, but essentially I believe the underlying message in all of them is the same, and very simple. We and every other living thing in the universe are part of each other and God/Goddess, and to fully embrace this understanding we must embody three qualities in particular – love, wisdom and power. For women, this is illustrated beautifully in the image of the three-aspected goddesses that are present in all world cultures. I resonate particularly with Brighid, the Celtic goddess who is inspiring light-bringer, healer and mistress of the fiery forge.

I’ve been singing channelled faerie songs for a few months now, so I thought it might be useful to give an introduction to this unusual aspect of my work. For the last couple of years I’ve been drawn to spend more and more time on the land. This has led to me offering sacred site transmissions as an offshoot of my current personal pilgrimage to sacred sites of the UK and Europe.
When I started to work intentionally at sacred sites, I found I could hear tunes playing in my mind as I walked on the land. At first I would hum them quietly or just let them repeat in my head.

The brightest light of the preceding Star casts the darkest shadow, and it’s into the shadows we must venture when we get to the Moon card. But a shadow is merely the absence of light, it indicates that something is preventing the light from getting through, and so now it’s time to delve deep into the Underworld where you’re not permitting the light of Spirit to penetrate.
This is not comfortable territory, and it’s easy to turn back at this point. We don’t like to focus on the murky areas of our personalities, the recesses of the subconscious where our fears are rooted.
