What is Reiki healing?
As a Usui Reiki Master and Teacher, I channel universal life force energy (ki) through my hands to restore balance and harmony to your body, mind, and spirit. Reiki realigns vital energy where it has become unbalanced, helping you release blockages and reconnect with your natural state of well-being. During a session, I deliver this healing energy through gentle touch or by working in your auric field, allowing you to actively draw exactly what you need to support your healing journey. Reiki is non-invasive and flows through clothing, bandages, or casts, so you can remain fully clothed throughout your treatment.
Reiki promotes deep relaxation, clears energy blockages, detoxifies the body, and elevates your vibrational frequency. Studies have shown that Reiki practitioners emit a pulsing electromagnetic or bio-magnetic energy from their hands—frequencies identified by medical researchers as ideal for stimulating healing in tissues, bones, and other body parts. I understand Reiki as the pure energy of unconditional love, gently nurturing and rejuvenating every part of you.
Because Reiki is energy healing, it transcends boundaries of time and space. I can send Reiki energy to wherever you are, even if we’re not physically present or speaking. This powerful healing modality also addresses emotional, mental, and spiritual issues at their root, cultivating well-being on every level. If I feel it’s beneficial, I may also integrate crystal therapy into your treatment for added support.
