This 15 minute meditation guides you to meet with the ancient faerie – the devic energies – who are the voice of Gaia, using the techniques I have found most helpful for communication with them. If you can be out in nature to listen to it then that’s ideal, but I know circumstances and weather doesn’t always allow this so it works just as well inside.

My own version of Galadriel’s mirror is a small whiskey barrel pond✨🌙. Softly gazing into water is an ancient way of awakening intuition and inner knowing. Sometimes this little pond draws me into shadowy depths… sometimes into reflected stars and moonscapes..
